Rehoming chiweenie (Deer park)

My daughters dog needs to find a new home. She is super skiddish of outside. We have tried everything to get her used to it but she is terrified of outdoors. I’m thinking cuz I live in an apt. She will go out when u take her but she hates it. She is a sweety tho and would be a perfect lap dog for someone. She is super sweet and had her shots . Her name is Jasmine and she is 1. Rehoming fee $75 to ensure good home.
