Other duties may be assigned.   Makes service follow up calls by phone.   This includes special programs assigned to the Member Development Center.  Responsible for meeting calls goals from all campaign lists including but not limited to indirect lending, new member welcome call. Pre-approved Credit card list, and Auto loan recapture list. Originates loan applications over the telephone; matches member needs to Credit Union products.  Interviews members on loan inquiries, completes on-screen loan application and reviews credit and application for completeness and credit worthiness.  Asks open-ended questions to encourage more loan applications and cross-sell a wide array of Credit Union products.  Responsible for opening new accounts.  Verifying eligibility for new accounts and processes through ChexSystems prior to opening new accounts.  Works with members of the BSA team for applicants that fail OFAC or ChexSystems. Knowledge and ability to process daily transactions (or services) for members including but not limited to balance inquiries, transfer of funds, researching transaction history, processing close account requests, address changes, posting deposits, loan payments, credit card payments and issuing debit cards. This includes research and resolution of member concerns at different levels of complexity. Responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of Advancial’s cuAnywhere online banking and Advancial’s mobile app to assist members with navigating and troubleshooting these systems. Being knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all credit union products and services to enable effective cross-selling, especially our checking account, and loan products. Also, be familiar with the basics and benefits of mortgage services and investment services in order to refer them to our Advancial Mortgage, and Investment department. Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage relationships and identify sales opportunities. Responsible for achieving production goals by increasing product penetration through outbound member contact. Contributes to a reduction in the number of checks processed for loan payments by offering members alternative payment solutions. Demonstrates knowledge of phone and email etiquette, using appropriate oral and written communication skills. Assist with inbound telephone calls from the Member Service Center call queue when volume is high.   The salary range for this position is $20.18/hr. - $25.22/hr. and is based on experience.   Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma; minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
