Temporary Sacramento (onsite) Seeking a temporary Office Assistant to perform a variety of office services responsibilities in a law firm. Responsibilities include file room maintenance, copy services, mailroom, conference room, and kitchen management in addition to acting as reception relief answering/routing calls from a multi-line telephone/computer system to answer. Managing faxes and offsite records (retrieval, return and purging). Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of office equipment and copiers is required. Candidates should possess the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work in a team environment, organizational and time management skills, and thorough knowledge of PC applications. Must be able to type 45 wpm, possess excellent spelling, communication, and organizational skills, and be reliable, punctual, friendly, honest, and professional. Hours are 8am-5pm (40-hour week) Pay rate is $19-$21 hourly
