In this role you will: Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish, gathering essential case details, client information, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate, detailed case notes in our case management system to ensure a seamless handoff to our legal team. Establish trust and build strong relationships with prospective clients while effectively guiding them through the intake process. Responds to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Requirements Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to actively listen to clients. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Tech savvy and good typing skills is a plus. Temporary Sacramento (onsite) Seeking a temporary Office Assistant to perform a variety of office services responsibilities in a law firm. Responsibilities include file room maintenance, copy services, mailroom, conference room, and kitchen management in addition to acting as reception relief answering/routing calls from a multi-line telephone/computer system to answer. Managing faxes and offsite records (retrieval, return and purging). Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of office equipment and copiers is required.
