Requirements 3 - 7+ years of civil litigation experience, with at least one year of experience defending tort claims. Proficiency with preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court. Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations, is preferred. Trial experience is a plus! Exceptional communication and advocacy skills along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes. Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar in the jurisdiction in which you will practice law, or already admitted to the relevant state bar via motion by reciprocity.
