Responsibilities Represent employer clients in all stages of employment law litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks to mitigate legal risks. Provide training and workshops for clients on various employment law topics. Stay updated on changes to employment law and regulatory developments that may impact clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
