Position Overview: As a Mobile Mechanic with Novo Repairs, you’ll provide a wide range of repair and maintenance services directly at our customers’ locations. You’ll use our innovative app to receive job assignments, communicate with customers, and track your work. This role offers the freedom to work independently while being part of a supportive team that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of vehicles Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the repair process Use the Novo Repairs app to receive assignments, track your route, and update job status Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment at each job site Requirements: Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting them to job sites Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform a wide range of repairs Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Compensation: Competitive pay based on the average salary for mechanics in San Diego, plus an additional 10% Performance-based bonuses and opportunities for advancement Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Why Join Novo Repairs?
