This position is a possible 6 months-year. Solar Installation Professional Installers work in a team environment installing solar arrays on residential and commercial rooftops, ground mounts, pergolas, and canopies. Installers and their teams ensure accurate and timely solar installations and utilize best installation and safety practices. Installers are responsible for ensuring the company’s strategies and customer satisfaction, which are always our priority! Responsibilities: Work with crew members to complete projects within established policies and procedures. Read and comprehend building plans Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative mounting equipment, etc. Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety. General Construction work: using hand tools, measuring, leveling, assembling, etc. Qualifications: Previous construction experience required Solar installation knowledge A+++ General construction knowledge a bonus. General ladder & scaffolding experience Must be able to have flexible hours, travel to job-sites Experience complying with OHSA safety requirements and regulations Must have OSHA 10 card valid within the last 5 year. Mokes Electric LLC will provide online course to receive your Osha 10 certificate. Must have completed the course before any onsite/ field work. Ability to innovate and improve operations and solve complex problems Thrive in a team environment Provide and maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle Hand tools required: Drill, Impact gun, Sockets, Rubber Mallet, Screwdrivers, wire crimps, pry bar. Physical Requirements: Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions & environments, including, but not limited to, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
