We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. This position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team from the ground up and grow with the company. Health insurance is offered after a 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats. Conducting quality inspections and performing necessary touch-ups to meet finish standards. Collaborating with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhering to job specifications and finish standards for each project. Requirements: Proven experience with finishing in a millwork or woodworking environment. Familiarity with industrial machines used for sanding, spraying, and surface preparation. Experience with paint spraying techniques and knowledge of color mixing machines. Experience with the Cefla spray machine and drying oven is a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. We are looking for siding installers who have all their own tools -Applicants must have ; legal paperwork required (social, work visa, drivers license, etc) -Tasks required for this project are ; Cutting fiber cement siding, measuring, and screwing siding onto the building. -Size of this project is roughly 300 squares of siding and will last about 3+ months -Product being used is: Allura fiber cement panels. All materials are on site, and additional materials will be delivered. -We require all installers to have their own tools (saws, bags, drills, hammer, measuring tape, and all basic hand tools.) - Scaffolding is on site. Minor ladder work. - Must work well with others and listen to directions. - Must wear pants, boots, high visibility shirt or vest, and hard hat.
