Assist in auto estimating for repairs and services required on vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably with dealership experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including familiarity with vehicles is a plus. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Experience working with automotive electrical systems and performing welding tasks is desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or training in automotive service are preferred but not mandatory.
