Maintenance Handyman - Residential Properties (Century City)

Description Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Development and property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Property Handyman to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repairs at various properties in Los Angeles. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment Skilled in general carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and flooring repairs Pick-up and delivery of materials and supplies, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned Maintain cleanliness at all work sites Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites Proficient in English Authorized to work in the US Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment) Mileage Reimbursement Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 9 Paid Holidays 6 paid sick days 10 paid vacation days Paid early dismissal days 401(k) match We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
