Handyman needed- 1099 position (Auburn)

Facility maintenance company is hiring commercial handyman all over in Alabama We have real jobs right now available that need skilled techs who understand working in commercial properties. We are partnered with Real Estate Property Management companies 💼 What You Need: tools, equipments and experience working in commercial settings Good Pricing model and detail explanation to our Vendor managers through text Ability to inspect, take clear before, during and after photos, and communicate professionally Licensed? Great. Not licensed? No problem if skilled We buy the materials for you, we have pro account and cards to pay in hardware stores whatever it is 💸 How Pay Works: we pay on every thursday by direct deposit only. Note: Job you do on thursday will go with next weeks payment not the same week. Pay is based on the job, you go to the job site and send us pictures, give us a price for the job and then we take the approval from the client and then you do the job onsite. Don't have to come back for a small job unless its a thousands of dollars thing 1. Job Approval & Trip Fee Policy: If you visit a job site and can complete the job, but the landlord/client decides not to proceed, a trip fee will still be paid. If you visit a job site and cannot complete the job due to your own limitations, no trip fee will be paid. 2. Pricing & Payment Terms: Labor prices must be submitted upfront after inspection and approved by us before starting the job. Any work done without our approval will result in no payment and may lead to legal or financial penalties. Labor payments will be made every Thursday via Direct Deposit only. All materials will be provided or paid for by us, even if the cost is minimal. 3. Inspection & Photo Requirements: Upon arrival at the property, send a front picture of the property immediately. Provide before pictures for inspection purposes — minimum 15 detailed pictures per work order. Submit a written inspection report with separate labor and material costs listed. 4. Approval Process: Allow 10 minutes for our team to review and process approvals after submission. Work can only proceed after approval is granted.
