Yard location, and starting point is in Encinitas, this is our meeting point each day and we service landscape maintenance at private homes in surrounding cities around Encinitas. Serious inquires for the open position should come with many years of professional gardening, Lawn service experience, as we take care of an average of 5 to 6 homes a day. The correct person for the job understands time management as well as managing urgency while doing specific jobs so that all details can be taken care of at each house during each visit. In this industry you either know what it takes or you don't, its not something you can fake. We also pay every Friday. So far there's a team of 5 of us.
