Job Descriptions Techs: Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, and equipment, according to specifications and local codes. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts to ensure efficient system operation. Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and controls. Repair or replace defective components as needed. Inspections: Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance or repairs. Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their HVAC concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment specifications, and inventory levels. $25-$28 Installer: Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment, according to blueprints, specifications, and local codes. Preparation: Prepare work areas by removing old equipment, clearing debris, and ensuring proper access for installation. Assembly: Assemble and position HVAC components, such as air handlers, condensers, furnaces, and thermostats, ensuring proper alignment and connections. Testing: Test installed systems for functionality, safety, and efficiency. Make adjustments as needed to optimize performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment serial numbers, warranty information, and customer instructions. Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, including technicians, contractors, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful project completion. Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the installation process and providing recommendations for system maintenance. $20-$24 Helper: Assistance: Assist HVAC technicians and installers in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Material Handling: Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials needed for HVAC projects. Keep work areas organized and clean. Tool Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in HVAC installations and repairs. Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed, including inventory levels, equipment serial numbers, and project details. Learning: Learn from experienced technicians and installers, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in HVAC systems and procedures. Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and team members, providing support as needed during projects. $15.00- $18.00 Requirements: High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. Valid driver’s license. Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Working knowledge of boiler systems. (Preferred) Knowledge of balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays Ability to work in confined spaces. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities: Punch Lists •Must be able to complete Punch List – A punch list is a quality checklist from the builder of the homeowner of any issues identified during the walk through. •Must be able to troubleshoot and read blueprints/ floor plans. •Must have National Electric Code (NEC) knowledge. •Must communicate with the manager regarding any issues that arise. Required Skills/Abilities: •Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electrical. •Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc. •Must have their own standard residential electrical tools. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Must have specialty tool use knowledge – i.e. Jack Hammer, Generator, Multimeter, Toner. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Must be able to read paperwork and fill out necessary information. Education and Experience: •Previous experience in all phases of residential electrical. •High school diploma or GED preferred. •Must have electrical safety knowledge.
