Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support six salon suite locations across the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on role focused on general handyman repairs, suite turnovers, and light maintenance. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable traveling between sites as needed. Mileage and gas reimbursement will be provided. Better than avererage diag skills are preferred, and smog repair license bumps you to the top of the payscale. Smog techs get a better starting pay. *COMPENSATION VARIES BASED ON EXPERIENCE* (ASE Certifications / Master Technician status, good Smog Repair license). GUARANTEED $35.00/hr. to start up to $50 before production bonus is added on. With the production bonus and normal Monday through Friday hours, my techs average mid to high $50's per hour. A hundred thousand dollars income is a reasonable expectation for a qualified smog tecch.
