Key Responsibilities Perform skilled carpentry work including constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures, frameworks, fixtures, and cabinetry. Install and finish drywall including hanging panels, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and preparing surfaces for paint. Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to achieve a clean, professional finish. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed. Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring all work areas meet safety and quality standards. Read and follow blueprints, construction plans, and supervisor instructions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; maintain a professional attitude at all times. Mentor and assist less experienced team members when needed. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Experience: 3+ years in skilled construction trades (carpentry, drywall, painting). Licenses: Valid driver’s license. Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (lifting, climbing, kneeling, squatting, standing for extended periods). Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry, drywall, and painting. Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable using softwares for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes), job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos), and email communication Work Environment & Physical Demands Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Exposure to dust, fumes, mold, and allergens may occur. Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods.
