Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to code. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Train and mentor junior installers while fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions. Conduct site assessments to determine the best HVAC solutions for each project. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions or repair needs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in HVAC preferred. 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation; leadership experience preferred. Valid HVAC certification and EPA license required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments. Cleaning Supervisor needed from 7PM to 12:30AM Sunday night to Friday night for a total of 33 hours per week. Supervisor will be overseeing cleaners that will be responsible for trash removal, moping, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, etc. It is recommended that you have supervision experience in commercial cleaning.
