Available shift options include: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Monday, Saturday, Sunday ***Sign-on Bonus *** Shift Differentials: Sunday - Thursday Night differential $4.00 (7:30p - 7:30a) Friday/Saturday Night differential $6.00 (7:30p - 7:30a) Saturday/Sunday Daytime differential $2.00 (7:30a - 7:30p) As a family-owned emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, we offer advanced and specialized veterinary services to our guests and referring veterinarians. The Emergency Vet Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to pets in critically emergent situations. With the support of our experienced team you will have the opportunity to utilize and expand your skills and knowledge while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We are one of the only facilities in the area that has mechanical ventilator, dialysis, and therapeutic plasma exchange capabilities. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn the most advanced therapies and practice the highest standard medicine. A Emergency veterinary technician plays a critical role in emergency veterinary care, focusing on the initial assessment and prioritization of patients based on the severity of their condition. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, required Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT), preferred Previous experience in specialty and/or emergency veterinary medicine, preferred Strong knowledge of veterinary medical protocols and procedures Excellent technical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and restrain animals of various sizes and temperaments Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Flexibility with working schedule, including availability for on-call, weekend shifts and holidays. Responsibilities Works closely with other experienced nurses, assistants, doctors, and management to provide excellent care of the patients and our guests Candidate must be detailed oriented and have Strategic/Forward/Critical Thinking  Candidate must have the veterinary nurse skills as listed below: Have nursing skills that include proper animal restraint, obtain vitals, anesthesia monitoring, intubation, catheter placement, phlebotomy, performing treatments, and administering medications Able to monitor and care for patients using state of the art equipment and protocols Have knowledge of anesthetic protocols, and ability to run anesthesia. Project Manager – Entitlements & Permit Expediting We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager with expertise in entitlements and permit expediting. This role will lead projects through the entitlement and permitting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with land use regulations, managing client relationships, and securing timely approvals. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and agencies. Manage entitlements (zoning, rezonings, subdivisions, variances, conditional use permits, site plan --- approvals, environmental reviews). Oversee preparation, submission, and tracking of permits (building, utility, demolition, occupancy, --etc.).
