What You’ll Do: Recruit and hire Behavior Technicians via sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Manage schedules and staffing to ensure client coverage and smooth transitions. Coordinate onboarding with the HR department. Support retention efforts and help create a positive employee experience. Track staffing metrics and report to leadership. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred) Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas. Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interviewing and building relationships with clinical staff and families.  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Professionalism, empathy, and a mission-driven approach to working with children and families. Requirements • Willing to join the union apprenticeship program. • Able to work nights/weekends & travel as needed. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation. • US citizen with valid SSN. • Physically able to lift 50 lbs. & perform manual labor for full shifts. • Pass drug test & background check.
