This is a leadership-level role designed for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in land surveying, project management, and team leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring staff, managing project delivery, and ensuring quality across both field and office operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of survey projects—boundary, topographic, construction, and more—ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project managers, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and field crews. Support their growth and ensure team cohesion. Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, clarity in scope, and proactive communication. Assist with writing proposals based on client request and requirements. Technical Expertise: Oversee survey methodologies, quality control, compliance with state and local statutes and Galloway standards of practice. Provide strategic guidance on best practices. Mentorship: Act as a knowledge resource for junior staff, fostering development and knowledge sharing within the survey group. Licensure: Colorado Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license strongly preferred or in progress. We seek passionate & committed part-time Youth Volleyball, Soccer and Basketball Coaches in South San Francisco!
