We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our comprehensive voice and messaging portfolio within the Communication Service Provider (CSP) segment. This is a strategic individual contributor role for a sales professional with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of success in the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for both Sinch’s voice and messaging services. Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within the CSP market, utilizing industry events, partner relationships, and outbound marketing tools to build a strong pipeline. Executive Relationship Management: Conduct high-level business conversations and cultivate relationships with key executive stakeholders (C-level, VP-level) within new and existing client accounts. Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling and value-based techniques to deeply understand customer challenges and effectively articulate how Sinch’s product suite can drive their business objectives. Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification to delivering presentations, managing complex commercial negotiations, and closing deals. Product Expertise: Become an expert in Sinch’s full portfolio of voice (e.g., termination, origination, TFN, E911) and messaging (e.g., A2P, 10DLC, Toll-Free) services, and clearly differentiate our value proposition in competitive bids. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure client success and align strategies for market expansion. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role, with a demonstrated history of selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs), carriers, or telecom service providers. Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in the telecommunications landscape with experience selling both voice services (e.g., VoIP, SIP Trunking, termination, origination) and messaging services (e.g., A2P, SMS/MMS, 10DLC). Proven Success: A strong and consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in complex, large-scale accounts. Sales Methodology: Proficiency in a defined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale) to effectively guide a strategic sales process. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability and comfort in engaging C-level executives. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically to manage long sales cycles, identify new market opportunities, and build lasting client partnerships. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Build and manage Air’s UGC + Influencer creator network Invite and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers, building a network of regular collaborators across Air's social media platforms. Conduct an audit of relevant creators and influencers across platforms, building relationships with those aligned to our values and audience. Manage the end-to-end collaboration process—from content planning and feedback to payment logistics and post-launch performance tracking. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years creating social media for either/both your Personal-brand or a Brand-brand. Keen understanding of how social media works (e.g. perspectives on clipping, virality, audience and which platforms and why) Creative strategist with a sharp point of view on content, culture, and what makes ideas resonate. Strong network in creator community, ability to project manage and deliver results. Technical Ability: A large Instagram/TikTok following, experience with content creation, front and behind camera, with fast, clean video editing chops. Qualis LLC is seeking a skilled Cable Assembly Technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical part in the rapid fabrication and support of various cable assemblies used in Army prototype systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building complex cable assemblies to engineering specifications and working in a classified or controlled environment.   Responsibilities:  Build, troubleshoot, and repair cable assemblies for prototype systems.   Interpret engineer drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications. Document cable build details including wiring configurations, part numbers, revisions, and any deviations in accordance with quality standards and traceability requirements. Perform continuity and insulation resistance testing to verify cable integrity. Collaborate with other technicians, engineers and project managers to meet project timelines Provide basic troubleshooting and rework support for cable assemblies. Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands-on cable assembly experience. IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification required. J-STD-001 soldering certification required. Proficient with standard cable assembly tools (e.g., strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns). Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation and procedures.
