Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with engineers, contractors, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders. Experience in claim management, reviewing contractor invoices, and validating work for payment. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, Construction Safety Training System) are an asset. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
