What You Bring Fluency in Spanish and English is required (spoken and written) to effectively support customers across LATAM and Spanish speaking markets. 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or a customer facing technical role, ideally within SaaS or data focused industries. Proven ability to act as a strategic project manager, driving projects to completion on time and within scope. Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving actionable outcomes. Robust consultative skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects. Experience with fraud detection tools or similar solutions, with an understanding of risk scoring, rule based systems, and data integrations is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, Tableau, or project management tools is a plus.
