Our client is looking for a product-minded engineer to join them in revolutionizing the recruiting industry. This is a chance to build tools that leverage one of the most valuable datasets in recruiting. You'll have end-to-end ownership of projects with direct impact on customers and revenue, shaping how an entire industry hires. With plans to hire over 10 engineers, you'll be joining a team that's rapidly growing. You will be responsible for: Building tools that use unique recruiting datasets and AI-powered tooling. Owning projects from conception to deployment. Directly influencing a multi-billion dollar industry. Requirements We are seeking a product-minded engineer with a startup background who is scrappy, has a high sense of ownership, and can operate autonomously. Must-Haves: 2–7 years of experience as a product engineer in a startup environment (Seed–Series B). A track record of taking end-to-end ownership of impactful products. A strong product sense and a keen interest in marketplaces or recruiting. Experience with a modern tech stack, ideally with familiarity in TypeScript, React, and Postgres. Willingness to work in-person in their San Francisco office. Bonus Points: Experience as a founder, founding engineer, or an early engineer at a startup. A Computer Science degree from a top 20 university.
