The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099). Primary Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. POSITION TITLE: Adjunctive Therapist Aide PAY RANGE: $27.00-$34.09 PER HOUR REPORTS TO: Director of Clinical Services DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The primary role of the Adjunctive Therapist Aide is to assist with planning and implementation of activities for all geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, or sports and movement programs. The Aide may prepare or set up equipment and ensure the safety of all participants in the activity.
