As a Cook, you will be responsible for overall planning and food preparation in the Center. Responsibilities Assist with food prep and cooking for children in accordance with established menus and recipes. Comply with state and federal regulations for food safety and sanitation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage area, including routine cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of kitchen surfaces and equipment. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving of food and supplies. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations and policies.
