What You Will Do We have an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Development and Recognition Manager, in our Strategy Team focused on growth. This is an in-office position that can be onsite at either our Mahwah, New Jersey or Lehi, Utah offices. The Sales Development and Recognition Manager is a visible role driving the rewards and recognition strategy and programs for Amare Brand Partners at all levels Globally supporting sales revenue and growth. Summary of Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage recognition programs that promote leadership, support increased Sales Revenue, increase Brand Partner retention and foster company loyalty. Assess the effectiveness of current Brand Partner recognition programs via Surveys, Data Analysis, other KPI’s and metrics. Ensures the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the on-going development and analysis of information and metrics. Accomplishes recognition goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective recognition strategies that align with the company's mission and values. Coordinates the administration of recognition programs, including communications, promotion, recognition items, digital recognition, leader board, event recognition, Etc. Educates ALL stakeholders, Leadership and Brand Partners on current Recognition programs. Responsible for the promotion of all global recognition program including but not limited to: Amare Rank Advancement Rewards and Inventory, Live and Real-Time Recognition at events, meetings and conventions Monthly Kickoff Calls for all global markets, and Non-traditional recognition such as birthdays, Amare anniversaries, family/life events, holidays, social issues, volunteerism, etc. Maintains monthly recognition programs. Depending on category and program, produces recognition letters of congratulations and mail pins/letters/certificates to brand Partners. Research recognition programs of other industry-leading Direct Sales companies. Coordinates with the Data Manager/Commissions, Market leadership, Global Sales, Marketing/Design, Operations/Logistics to execute the recognition program. Travels to industry and Company events as needed Troubleshoot problems in detail and work through solutions Carry out other special assignments Requirements What You Will Bring to Amare Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or other related disciplines. At least 5 years of work experience in a dynamic Recognition Manager or similar role in a Network Marketing Industry. Proven record of developing, implementing and managing success and strong recognition and engagement strategies that promote and increase sales revenue and increase brand partner retention. Experience in Direct to Consumer, MLM, Direct Selling industries Experience in nutraceuticals, supplements, wellness a big Plus! Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work onsite, 5 days a week at Amare’s Mahwah NJ office Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving and dashboarding skills Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment Aligned to Amare’s company values which include Integrity, Love, Reliability, Innovation, Service and Humility.
