The Restaurant Server is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Server is to take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about food, enjoy interacting with people, and possess a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Welcome and greet guests as they arrive in a friendly manner. Present menus, make recommendations, and provide detailed information about menu items. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously. Order Management: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared according to guest specifications and delivered promptly. Monitor and manage the flow of orders to ensure timely service. Check with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer any additional assistance as needed. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables. Assist with restocking supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a sanitary environment. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to provide seamless service to guests. Support fellow team members during busy shifts, sharing responsibilities as needed. Sales & Promotions: Inform guests about daily specials, new menu items, and promotions. Encourage upselling of food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role, ideally within a restaurant setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be flexible with hours and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to move quickly between tables and the kitchen during busy periods. Ability to bend, lift, and reach to complete various tasks. Additional Notes: A positive attitude and a strong team spirit are essential for success in this role. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items is necessary.

Production Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY The Production Supervisor assists the Plant Supervisor in planning, directing, and coordinating the production activities to achieve maximum profit, growth, and investment return goals. This person is a backup for the Plant manager. Based on the direction from Plant Manager, may direct specific areas in manufacturing operations for efficient and economical production at the lowest cost consistent with quality standards, volume requirements, production schedules and delivery dates by performing the following job duties.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understands, observes, and enforces all necessary safety procedures: PPE, Machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. Helps in planning and directing production activities and establishes priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors per direction from Plant manager. Works closely with department leads on task completion in specific areas, such as report accuracy, on-time delivery. Assist in employee review timeliness, and attendance/timekeeping reports. Reviews and analyzes production and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformance with product specifications. Directs and coordinates production activities with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization. Recommends, authorizes, and promotes all required training programs necessary to production personnel for company and personal improvement. Establishes production goals and ensures all plant operations run efficiently. Frequently reviews all correspondences (i.e., voice mail messages, emails, faxes, mail) and responds to all requests in a timely manner. Maintains knowledge of and enforces all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Performs personnel tasks with the assistance of Plant manager and the Human Resources Department as needed, to effectively maintain departmental staff, such as: interviewing, training, addressing complaints, investigating and resolving employee issues, conducting performance reviews. Understands and enforces all Prince Industries quality certifications. Additional responsibilities as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES Excellent communication skills required to effectively communicate in both oral and written form and interact with all levels of the company with a flair for persuasion.
