Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on Salesforce projects. - Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities. - Proficiency in creating clear and concise technical documentation, including user stories and functional specifications. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into efficient Salesforce solutions. - Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and data management. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) is a plus. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management concepts is desirable.

Crypto Experience: target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification. 6 of 10 yrs in crypto language processing – above (OLA 2) plus QC’ing, and mentoring. 6 of 10 yrs has to be in the required language(s). 4 of 6 yrs performing crypto language processing. 3 of 6 yrs simply translating, transcribing, and gisting. 1 yr experience QC’ing at ILR level 3 in target language.
