As a Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the janitorial team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Supervising janitorial staff and providing them with guidance and support. Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards. Communicating with clients regarding their cleaning needs. Performing administrative tasks related to work schedules and assignments. Shift Details: Part-Time hours, 5:15pm to 10pm Monday to Friday Requirements Prior experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to manage a small team and support their efforts. Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work evenings or weekends. Positive attitude and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
