Salary range is $75-$85,000 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring all maintenance and administrative functions run smoothly. Build strong relationships with residents and board members, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts. Coordinate community events and activities that foster engagement and participation. Manage budget and financial processes, preparing reports for board review. Supervise staff and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services are delivered. Requirements 3+ years of experience in property management or community association management. Strong understanding of homeowner association operations and compliance. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficient in property management software and MS Office Suite.
