The Position Our bank client is seeking to fill a Hybrid Remote Compliance Officer role. The position is responsible for ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units.  This is a “hands on” position , working with all functional areas within the bank. The opportunity has a generous hourly rate of up to $80K. (This position has a possibility to be hybrid remote) Compliance Officer responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s compliance programs. Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits. Strong experience with CRA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Compliance. Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and training to business units on compliance matters. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the bank’s operations. Who Are You?
