Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Orthopedic Spine Location: Sun City, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Practice Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic + Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Travel Requirements: None On-Call: Minimal; shared rotation within the orthopedic APP team About the Opportunity An established orthopedic spine program in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its high-performing team. This full-time role combines outpatient clinic care with opportunities to participate intraoperatively and assist with procedures. This position is ideal for providers who thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity environment and want to be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on complex spine care, teamwork, and long-term patient outcomes. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience) Incentive Structure: Productivity-based bonus with total earning potential up to $225,000 annually Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and separate sick leave Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions 401(k) with company match (available to both full-time and part-time employees) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Please note: Sign-on and relocation bonuses are not included for this role.
