Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Orthopedic Surgery & Outpatient Care Location: Mesa, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic & Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Travel Requirements: None On-Call: Minimal, shared within the orthopedic APP team About the Opportunity A leading orthopedic practice in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its surgical and outpatient care team. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage orthopedic conditions through physical exams and individualized treatment plans Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including joint injections, wound care, and follow-up appointments Assist with surgical procedures in the ASC as needed Round on post-operative patients and support hospital discharge planning Respond to urgent patient needs and triage incoming calls and concerns Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery timelines Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly in the EMR Collaborate closely with physicians, surgical staff, and care coordinators to ensure continuity of care Who We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico-based programs are not eligible) Active, unrestricted Arizona license to practice as an NP or PA NP First Assist training preferred (per AORN standards, if applicable) Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered Strong clinical communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail How to Apply If you’re ready to join a progressive orthopedic practice where your skills and growth will be supported, we’d love to hear from you.
