This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—providing a stable and rewarding environment for clinicians who value continuity of care and subspecialty focus. You will work alongside board-certified neurologists and sleep specialists, managing a wide spectrum of neurological and sleep-related conditions with ample support, structured onboarding, and the opportunity for clinical development. Why This Role Stands Out Monday through Friday schedule with no after-hours or weekend responsibilities Work closely with experienced specialists in a well-established practice Balanced caseload focused on quality, education, and patient engagement Dedicated support and mentorship for providers new to neurology or sleep medicine Opportunity to grow within a high-demand specialty Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and follow-up visits for patients with neurological and sleep disorders Diagnose and manage conditions including: Migraine and chronic headaches Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders Cognitive disorders including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease Epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and peripheral neuropathies Sleep apnea, hypersomnia, and other sleep-related conditions Order and interpret diagnostics including MRIs, EEGs, EMGs, and sleep studies Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Educate patients and caregivers on condition management and wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Document clinical encounters in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner Participate in clinical quality initiatives and best-practice protocols Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted) Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain before start date) National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) DEA license or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical communication and EMR documentation skills Preferred: Prior experience in neurology, sleep medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics Familiarity with neurologic testing and care pathways Demonstrated interest in subspecialty care and long-term patient management Patient-focused, evidence-based care philosophy Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (based on experience) Incentive Plan: Productivity- or collections-based bonus structure Comprehensive Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and separate sick leave CME stipend and license fee reimbursement Fully covered malpractice insurance No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage How to Apply If you are a motivated advanced practice provider with an interest in neurology and sleep medicine, we invite you to apply.
