Key Hourly Teammates are team leaders who run shifts, supporting operations while working with salaried managers. Key Hourlies communicate and direct employees in their daily tasks, side work, role checklists, and shift running. Responsibilities  Embody Chicken N Pickle’s core values: Authenticity, Community, Connection, Integrity, and Quality  Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion   Assist Teammates while managers are conducting administrative duties   Motivate and support Teammates through constant communication.   Executes basic store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.   Ensure operations through established Role and Responsibility Checklists.   Ensures proper use of equipment.   Monitors stocking and cleaning duties.  Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Uphold food safety standards and procedures. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow. Supervise and train hourly team members to ensure company standards and procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.  Participates in Event processes.  Maintains Product Knowledge as a team leader.   Communicates QA issues to Managers immediately.   Perform other duties as required by business and departmental requirements.  Customer-focused mindset. Team player with a willingness to pitch in where needed. Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during busy times. Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.  Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of store operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays Key Hourly Team Members critical duties are outlined above. There are some duties that should NOT be performed in this role. They are as follows:  Cannot share any financial or employee information inside or outside of work. Cannot terminate employees, cannot write up employees, cannot hire/interview/onboard employees. Cannot write schedules. Cannot close without a manager. Cannot make any financial decisions.  All orders must be reviewed by the manager.    Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour Requirements Job Qualifications A successful Teammate will have the knowledge, skill, and ability to satisfactorily perform all essential responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; extensive FOH and BOH restaurant experience.  Six months experience as a CNP Certified Trainer.  Physical dexterity and mobility to perform the job's demands, including lifting up to 65 pounds.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Successful completion of the Team Leader Certification program.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.  Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Problem-solving, computer literacy, and decision-making skills.  Demonstrate observational skill and patience.  Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
