Lafrance Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our esteemed team at the award winning Holiday Inn Express, Middletown, RI.  As the General Manager of Holiday Inn Express, Middletown you will play a critical role in leading the success of the property. You will be responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance the property's vision and position it effectively in the market. Your focus will be on driving revenue, ensuring financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest service. We are looking for an individual with prior General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment. You should have a proven track record of success in hiring, training, and motivating a team to deliver the highest level of guest service and employee retention. Additionally, you should have experience in strategic marketing planning, sales leadership, and budget management.  At Lafrance Hospitality, we have over 75 years of expertise in the hospitality industry and currently operate 17 select service hotels with numerous brand affiliations. We are dedicated to working with our General Managers to achieve success and provide exceptional service for our guests.
