About the role We’re looking for a Knowledge Engineer to own and maintain a single source of truth for our content management system, which drives AI workflows, as well as our product metadata database. This role will interact with everything from patient onboarding, to pharmacy workflows, to internal tooling. You will be the gatekeeper and refiner of institutional knowledge and a partner to business stakeholders. Your job is to interview subject matter experts to collect & distill new information, revise documentation, and author changes. This role will operate in a version-controlled system that feeds our internal retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) stack. Each edit you make directly impacts how our internal tools retrieve and answer questions.  You’ll use AI as a core part of your editorial workflow—generating summaries, restructuring complex instructions, and linting content for semantic completeness. You will also work with system owners to validate updates, track changes through Git, and surface documentation visibility through tools like Notion or Slack. Responsibilities Own and maintain the full knowledge base, working directly in markdown files Responsible for maintaining product updates in our metadata database, including product information, prices, and more Work with business leaders to understand changes in processes, systems, policies, or partner relationships Conduct interviews or reviews with stakeholders to capture new knowledge and update existing documentation Write and revise documents using AI tools to support drafting, editing, and semantic refinement Validate every major update with the appropriate business/system owner, including collecting approvals Collaborate with QA to identify areas where documentation gaps are causing friction or errors Requirements Basic Qualifications: Experience in journalism, technical writing, or another analytical communication-heavy field Comfortability writing in markdown and can think hierarchically about documents and file structures Ability to conduct thoughtful interviews with experts and turn them into clear, structured, and accessible writing Capable of being a single-threaded owner and can take responsibility for knowing what is accurate, what is stale, and what needs attention Preferred Qualifications: Eagerness to work in a world where AI is your co-editor, and you know how to prompt well and iterate fast Dedication to clear, minimal, instruction-oriented writing and aren’t afraid to rewrite or challenge unclear source material Structured and meticulous – your commits make sense, and you never leave a validation step undocumented Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity which lend a hand in ensuring complete & accurate content Benefits Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Unlimited PTO Policy Paid Holidays Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development

Phlebotomist - 7 On / 7 Off Schedule (3:30 AM-1:30 PM)
POSITION PURPOSE Under general supervision of the Administrative Director of Laboratory, the Phlebotomist is responsible for collection, reception and distribution of specimens. Performs various clerical duties including reporting and client supplies distribution, performing limited specimen analysis as trained, under the direction of the Pathologist and Laboratory Director. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to specific patient populations that are served, including the following age groups: neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Every effort has been made to make this job description as complete as possible.
