Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain a high level of integrity during interpretation sessions. Continuously improve language proficiency and subject matter knowledge to better serve our clients in various fields such as medical, legal, and social services. REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Strong understanding of linguistics and cultural differences, allowing for effective interpretation across different cultures. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy even in high-pressure situations. Prior experience in medical interpreting is preferred.
