About the Role We are hiring tech-savvy, patient, and reliable professionals to install and activate the Uniper Care set-top box in customers' homes. This device connects to a TV and empowers older adults to stay socially connected, access live wellness content, and communicate via video calls — all through a user-friendly interface tailored to seniors. Your role will be to set up the device, connect it to the TV and internet, complete onboarding, and walk users through how to use it — ensuring everything is functional before you leave. 🔧 What You'll Do Install the Uniper Care device and connect it to the user’s TV (typically via HDMI). Connect the device to the customer’s Wi-Fi and test connectivity. Pair the remote control and test volume/input switching for ease of use. Create the user’s Uniper profile, using their name, phone number, and location. Walk the client through how to use the device, including: Navigating the home screen Joining wellness classes or events Making and receiving video calls Ensure the client feels confident using the system and knows how to reach support if needed. Submit job completion and client confirmation via the company’s reporting process.
