Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++). Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, pytest) is a plus.
