Aethon Energy Operating LLC’s (“Aethon”) on primary responsibilities of the Senior Landman are facilitating the addition of oil and gas reserves and the preservation of existing leasehold interest in assigned geographical area. DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiate oil and gas lease rights with mineral owners Analyze and interpret lease-purchase agreements Evaluate acreage, develop lease offers, and review titles to determine ownership Analyze lease terms and determine drilling requirements Cure title prior to drilling Prepare and negotiate farm in/farm out, joint operating, and other contractual agreements as necessary Manage/maintain existing leasehold, rental, and unit obligations Represent the company as the primary point of contact for landowners and the State with regard to leasehold matters Mentor and train less experienced Landmen Work with others as part of a multi-disciplined team to ensure efficient operations and enhanced productivity Requirements Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The Director of Audiology leads the development of audiology departments in newly partnered and existing ENT and Allergy practices across Align ENT and Allergy. Network Reliability Engineer Role The Network Reliability Engineer reports to the Manager of Network Reliability and is a member of CoreSite’s Network Engineering team. The primary function of the role will be to advance automation, scale, and next-generation initiatives within the company. The role will focus heavily on SDN, Cloud, and virtualization. Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network components, inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Track record of building and running high-performance teams.
