Job Description The Manufacturing Plant Manager will oversee the development and operations of a new 16-acre facility in Farmington, New Mexico. In this role, the manager will lead a newly formed team to ensure performance, quality, and safety. Responsibilities Lead the setup of the new facility and oversee hiring and training of a workforce of 10–20 employees. Develop and maintain specifications, procedures, and quality standards for the plastic lining of steel pipe. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for materials and technologies. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure products meet performance and project requirements. Oversee technicians and provide mentorship to junior staff. Drive innovation in pipeline products and remain current with industry standards and best practices. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical experience in materials and manufacturing 10+ years of experience in a related engineering field. Facility management experience. Knowledge of plastic and pipe materials, and industry standards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Proven leadership and team management skills.
