Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm Job Status: Salary / Exempt Compensation: up to $63,500 Primary responsibilities include: Supervising admissions department staff Developing, implementing, and maintaining a system to oversee and track the department to ensure admissions objectives are reached Serving as the point of contact for all referring agencies. Seeking out potential referral sources and coordinating services. Planning and scheduling admissions. Initiating contact between the Financial Case Manager and the incoming client. Ensuring that proper insurance or Medicaid is in place for Hope House to receive payment. Overseeing all admissions paperwork. Scheduling assessments both within and outside the agency. Assisting in the dishcarging procedure for both planned and unplanned discharges. Assisting compliance officer with chart audits. Fulfilling medical records requests. Overseeing post-discharge follow-up. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements include: Minimum of CASAC-T required. CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification preferred. Minimum of 2-years full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field. Management experience preferred. Maintaining Licensure and Credentials at all times. CHIEF ENGINEER RAMADA HOTEL (DORHESTER)
The Chief Engineer has experience working in a hotel setting. The Chief Engineer will supervise the maintenance team and responsible for the physical condition of the hotel to ensure highest standards of guest satisfaction within allotted budget. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This is a FT position with on call responsibilities. Responsibilities · Hands-on daily management and supervision of the Maintenance Department including scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching of staff. Overseeing engineering operations and expenditures. · Collaboration with General Manager in preparing the annual budgets. Daily inspections of units under maintenance. · Participating in walk-through with management to ensure residences, public areas, and heart of house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place. · Presenting recommendations for property improvements to General Manager. Providing information to General Manager to determine the need of utilizing outside contractors. · Overseeing all capital construction and major maintenance projects. Obtaining certificates and permits and setting up a renewal monitoring program.
