Connelly School of the Holy Child is excited to announce an opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our Development Team for a day, ash they facilitate a Visual Arts project at our Mayfield Market Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8 am - 12 pm. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. Engage with parents and community members regarding the holiday project. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field preferred. Experience teaching or leading art and craft activities, especially with children. Strong knowledge of various art techniques and craft materials. Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff members. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for both Sinch’s voice and messaging services. Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within the CSP market, utilizing industry events, partner relationships, and outbound marketing tools to build a strong pipeline. Executive Relationship Management: Conduct high-level business conversations and cultivate relationships with key executive stakeholders (C-level, VP-level) within new and existing client accounts. Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling and value-based techniques to deeply understand customer challenges and effectively articulate how Sinch’s product suite can drive their business objectives. Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification to delivering presentations, managing complex commercial negotiations, and closing deals. Product Expertise: Become an expert in Sinch’s full portfolio of voice (e.g., termination, origination, TFN, E911) and messaging (e.g., A2P, 10DLC, Toll-Free) services, and clearly differentiate our value proposition in competitive bids. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure client success and align strategies for market expansion. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role, with a demonstrated history of selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs), carriers, or telecom service providers. Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in the telecommunications landscape with experience selling both voice services (e.g., VoIP, SIP Trunking, termination, origination) and messaging services (e.g., A2P, SMS/MMS, 10DLC). Proven Success: A strong and consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in complex, large-scale accounts. Sales Methodology: Proficiency in a defined sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale) to effectively guide a strategic sales process. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability and comfort in engaging C-level executives. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically to manage long sales cycles, identify new market opportunities, and build lasting client partnerships. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process. Position Details: Location: Brookfield and Mequon Schedule: Part time Every Monday in Brookfield and every other Saturday in Mequon Compensation: $41-$48hr based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to create detailed reports for physicians to help formulate safe and effective treatment plans. Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient. Ensure adherence to timelines for ultrasound exams to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Coordinate with administrative and medical staff to guarantee the availability and timely delivery of ultrasound services. Commit to continuous professional development and education to meet the standards set by the organization. Participate in maintaining ultrasound equipment and monitoring inventory for supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or clinic management. Requirements Completion of an accredited ultrasound program. Vascular registry (RVT, RVS, RPhS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
