Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Pay Range: $37-$42 per hour with overtime opportunities. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed. Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material. Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software. Journeyman's or Masters card from VA. Salary: $76,960.00 to $79,040.00 yearly.
