For this project, we are teaming up with a leading fintech client, and we’re inviting individuals native of Brazil to join us as Large Language Model (LLM) Evaluators. This role is fully remote, task-based, and gives you the flexibility to increase your income at your own pace. Your contributions will shape advanced technology for financial solutions. About the Role As an LLM Evaluator, you will review conversations and complete two core tasks: Sentiment Analysis: Identify and label the sentiment of responses. Emotion Taxonomy: Tag relevant emotions present in inputs and outputs. Your work will directly improve the accuracy of large language models (LLMs), enabling reliable, efficient AI systems. To set you up for success, you will be provided with onboarding and training by our dedicated Project Managers. If you’re passionate about technology, finance, or linguistics, this is the opportunity for you! Responsibilities Deliver high-quality annotations with 90% accuracy with minimal revisions. Tag emotions and sentiments consistently based on provided guidelines. Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding challenges, feedback, or clarifications. Maintain efficiency and reliability in a remote work environment. Meet key deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in completed tasks. Requirements Native speaker of Portuguese (Brazilian dialect) at C1 level or equivalent, or higher. Professional working proficiency in English (UK/US). A laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection. Precision, consistency, and attention to detail. A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements. Efficient time management to deliver consistent output. Bonus points if you have: Prior experience in data annotation or LLM evaluation projects. Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Linguistics, or similar fields. Working Arrangements This is a fully remote, gig-based project with flexibility in when you work. To ensure project goals are met, we are looking for individuals who can commit to this project on a daily basis, including weekends where required. The more tasks you can complete, the faster you will learn, and the higher your earnings will be. Consistency is key to success! There is no cap on earnings, paid on a per-task basis. Crew Coordinator (HR Coordinator)
General Description: This position is primarily focused on completion of the hiring process, contracting, travel and logistics requirements for inbound crew members to O’Hara’s fleet of fishing vessels. These duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating, and implementing onboarding and crew rotation, completing required employment documentation and arranging travel and lodging. This position also maintains and provides onboarding metrics and data to vessel management. As a Crew Coordinator, there is constant interaction with all levels of corporate and vessel management. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Processes and onboards crew members for work onboard O’Hara’s catcher processor vessels. Track all vessel’s active crew list and rotation schedule. Provide weekly reports of upcoming rotations and inbound/outbound crew by trip. Track contract end dates, extensions, end of trip reports, and other key metrics. Provide weekly reports to vessel management. Work with third party vendors to arrange travel and lodging to accommodate crew movement. Work with individual crew members and purchasing department to set up gear orders made by the vessel. Work with management to continuously improve the hiring and onboarding process. Provide support and back-up to the O’Hara employment staff by assisting with customer service, completing paperwork, filing, data-entry, and coverage of phones, as needed.
