Seeking out potential referral sources and coordinating services. Planning and scheduling admissions. Initiating contact between the Financial Case Manager and the incoming client. Job Status: Salary / Exempt Reports To: Program Manager Compensation: up to $64,410 per year Duties include: Responsible for all scheduling at this facility, performance of on call duties and assisting with time card submissions, weekly through ADP. Supervises staff as assigned by the program manager. Provide orientation to staff and clients. Provide on-going trainings as assigned. Conducts quarterly chart audits with program manager and assists with other administrative duties as assigned. Assists with collaborating with Admission Dept. and Manager for new referrals, screenings and admissions. Assists in facilitating program staff meetings and case conferences. Attends managers’ meeting and QI meeting in manager’s absence. May assist with job interviews for potential job candidates as requested by manager. Participates in rotating on-call responsibilities. Performs and conforms with medication self-administration with oversight duties, as per policy. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year full-time work experience in Substance Use Disorder, or related field. Must maintain Licensure and Credentials at all times. EDUCATION AND TRAINING: NYS CASAC or higher credential or other Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Certification, or Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC etc.) required.
