This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, manageable patient volumes, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a medically underserved area. Why This Role Stands Out Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call Autonomy in clinical decision-making while maintaining continuity of care Supportive and collaborative practice culture Patient volumes designed for quality over quantity Direct opportunity to improve community health outcomes in an underserved region Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Incentives: RVU-based productivity bonuses Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and separate sick leave 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions CME allowance and reimbursement for licensure fees Fully covered malpractice insurance Core Responsibilities Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visits Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests Educate patients on prevention, medication adherence, and chronic care management Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up is completed Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Contribute to clinic quality improvement efforts and team-based initiatives Qualifications Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted) Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prior to start date Experience in outpatient primary care preferred Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment Ideal Candidate Profile You are a mission-driven clinician who values long-term patient relationships and thrives in a supportive team environment.
