Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Orthopedic Spine Location: Sun City, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Practice Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic + Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Travel Requirements: None On-Call: Minimal; shared rotation within the orthopedic APP team About the Opportunity An established orthopedic spine program in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its high-performing team. This full-time role combines outpatient clinic care with opportunities to participate intraoperatively and assist with procedures. This position is ideal for providers who thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity environment and want to be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on complex spine care, teamwork, and long-term patient outcomes. Why You’ll Love This Role Opportunity to work across both clinic and surgical settings Join a high-performing, collaborative spine team with strong mentorship Develop procedural skills and gain experience managing complex spine cases Supportive, fast-paced practice environment that values autonomy and professional growth Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with acute and chronic spine conditions Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with surgical protocols Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up visits Support wound care, minor procedures, and spinal injections Provide intraoperative assistance when applicable Triage emergent patient concerns and provide timely responses Participate in rounding, care planning, and shared on-call responsibilities Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and recovery expectations Document clinical encounters accurately and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible) Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DEA certification in good standing NP First Assist training (if applicable) in alignment with AORN guidelines Preferred: Prior experience in orthopedic or spine surgery Strong organizational skills and ability to excel in fast-paced settings Apply Today If you’re ready to join a respected orthopedic spine team and grow your career in a high-performance environment, we encourage you to apply.
